Trade Accounts

If you’re an installer or trade buyer working with Shelly gear regularly, apply below. Applications are reviewed and approved automatically, usually within 15-30 minutes — you’ll get an email to set up your account as soon as it’s approved.

Trade pricing

Approved trade accounts get volume-based discounts on top of ex. VAT pricing, applied automatically at checkout depending on quantity ordered. Exact rates are shown once you’re logged in with an approved trade account.

Trade prices are shown excluding VAT throughout the site once you’re logged in. VAT is added at checkout, shown as a separate line next to your order total — the same as any other order.

Payment

Trade accounts pay by the same methods as any other order — card or Cash on Delivery. There’s no separate credit or invoice facility.
